The painting is part of a trilogy, entitled "Black Monday", which recall the famous historical event of economic collapse of 1987: how the excess led to destruction. The clocks represent in the 24 hours the whole human life, which is rapid and fleeting at times, every second is a day; on the left the threads of strong colors represent the lines of human perception and intuition.
