Cécile is a young woman who lives in Strasbourg, France. She was born in Cologne, Germany, and she travelled a lot. If these trips gave her a taste for freedom, her anxiety offered her fear. Abandonment, loneliness, fear of judgment, all these things contribute today to her feelings that help her express herself through the paintings.
“I am an artist, because artist is not only a profession, it is a way of living, and of looking. It is a way of transmitting, what each one exercises in his own way. My own way is painting. I have always painted in the colors of my emotions. I didn’t go to art school, I learned and grew my way with my ideas. I am sociable in nature, but terrified by the look of others. I like escaping into nature, I also like reading and animals. I want to share my work, my passion, and all the colors that make me up. Through my canvases, I want to reveal myself to the world, and nothing better than the vast sphere of Free Spirits represented by the Mads Gallery community”.
