Laura Nigro Laura Nigro is an Italian abstract artist who finds inspiration in the warmth of her native country, Sicily. To portray the emotional bond with her island, the medium used in her paintings is sand. The result is a distinctive texture that provides the viewer with a transcendent sensory experience.So welcome to her artistic journey, where the unconscious mind finds its way of communicating without rational bonds, through abstract and conceptual art. With her artworks, Laura wants to give free space to her creative flow. She does so by using red, black, white and their hues, combined with sand, in a way that she sets free her expressiveness. She graduated from Liceo Artistico Michelangelo Buonarroti, Trapani and further trained in Wellbeing Hypnosis at Milton H. Erickson Institute, Turin. In January 2021, Laura will be exhibiting at the International Contemporary Exhibition “KROMATIC@ART” at M.A.D.S., an Art Gallery in the historic centre of Milan, Italy.
