Technique: Spatulae Technique, Splash Technique. Background-Colors: Titanium White, Oxide Black, Permanent Blue Violet, Greenish Blue, Mixture of Permanent Blue Violet and Pearl White, Mixture of Greenish Blue and Pearl White, Reflex Green Reflex Rose. Splash-Colors: Titanium White, Oxide Black, Permanent Blue Violet, Greenish Blue, Mixture of Permanent Blue Violet and Pearl White, Mixture of Greenish Blue and Pearl White, Reflex Green Reflex Rose.

For the first layer of the background, the canvas was tinted with titanium white. Oxide black was partially applied over this starting from the center using the spatula technique. Above that green-blue and permanent blue-violet in the upper area and a mixture of the two colors with pearl white in the lower area. The top layer consists of reflex green and reflex pink. The same colors were used for the Splash except for Oxide Black.
The color gradient from light to dark in combination with the splash gives the impression that the color is spreading from the inside out and that the center is deeper in the room.
