“Yellow Butterfly Abstract” is second half of the “Yellow Butterfly”. When the two canvases are placed together, they represent one entire butterfly. In this Yellow Butterfly Abstract, I have written words of Love, in English and in French. The words are: love- amour, kisses-baisers, hope-espoir, birth-Renaissance, encore-more. These words are here to remind us that “transformation” (whether it is to a better self or a better world) can only be achieved with Love, self-love, support and affection, from others but also from oneself. The word “Encore” reinforces the need for persistence and courage. Nothing is achieved without
persistence, repetition and courage. The word Encore implies that failure is part of the journey. And despite failure, we keep going. Each day stronger. The colour Pink is here to represent Kindness, essential in our journey.
