This series is delicately hand-crafted with the intention of reviving Korean silk fabric that has observed a sharp decrease in demand due to less consumption of traditional dress. By modernising and applying Korean royal silk flower techniques, the flower once allowed only at court is now out blossoming again for any discerning art collector. The tree peony flower is especially considered as a symbol of wealth, future prosperity and happiness.
