“An expression of the restrictions on our inner thoughts and outer behaviour to situations generated from years of disciplinary programming in the society we live in (social expectations, peer pressure, political and cultural acceptance). If we could release ourselves from this preconditioned state of mind, we could see the world around us in a healthy new way and set ourselves free from so many of the impulsive and claustrophobic thoughts we carry within us. The chance to embrace a world of different opinions is a chance to unite the opinions of our divided world. 'Preconditioned state of mind' is painted on a stretched canvas using stencils and spray paint”.
