After a professional career of nearly 25 years as a criminal investigator, at the beginning of the year 2023 Iris Podechtl decided to interrupt this path in order to find new possibilities to live out her visions and her work. It took a lot of courage and strength to leave her safe havens and embark on a different path, a path she wants to take with “HEART." The artist was rewarded for this courage.
